General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the whole sale of products on our website between,

on one hand:

“Boys Get Wet”, a registered brand and sold by Lonelycaviars - Valencia (SPAIN), NIF:  (ES)E98235179

 on the other hand:

“the Buyer” , means any individual being in age and acting for his private purposes.

 Boys Get Wet reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Buyers” and/or any other order which does not comply with the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.


1 The products

The availability and main characteristics of the products are displayed on each product page. The product’s description is as realistic as possible but colours and garments may not match exactly with reality in terms of colours due to the Buyer’s Internet browser or monitor used.

A size guide is available on on the product page, it is highly recommended to the Buyer to compare his own measurements with the offered sizes before finalizing an order.

An identification tag with the logo Boys Get Wet or BGW is attached to the product with a disposable seal. Removing this tag is like signing and approving the following General terms Of Sale therefore, once removed the product can no longer be returned. (see return policy-§7).

All the “Boys Get Wet” products are scrupulously controlled. Only quality materials are used in the production. In addition every product is quality controlled prior to shipment.



2 Prices

All prices on are in euros taxes included. The money converter (above the page) is for information purpose only, the final amounts will be paid in euros via the different payment methods. BGW is not responsible in case of exchange's rate mistakes or any exchange fees that may be applied depending on your country and your bank.

Shipping and delivery costs are not included on the product page. (See shipping & returns policy)

Prices are subject to change. Please check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.



3 Purchasing on


Select an article from a product page and add it to the basket.

The basket of purchases contains a summary of your order, information on the ordered products (reference, size, picture...) and the price to which it refers (including the applicable taxes). You have the possibility of estimating expenses and deadlines of shipping of the bought products, following the carriers, according to the country of your choice. Please verify the information of your order form before proceeding to complete the order process: identification, address, choice of the carrier.

Prior to submitting your order, you will be asked to carefully read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you disagree with certain terms indicated in the present General terms of sale (also available for consultation by hypertext links) as well as the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on

Choose your method of payment and confirm your method of delivery. (See modality and safety of payments § 4). The purchase is considered concluded once “Boys Get Wet” receives your order form and as your data are verified. Boys Get Wet will proceed your order once the payment will be accepted (immediate generally).

A copy of your order form will be transmitted to you by e-mail, containing a summary of the ordered products. If there are some errors, please contact us immediately. “Boys Get Wet” shall not be responsible in case of erroneous data.

If a product is not longer available (can occur in the event of simultaneous orders for product at the end of stock), “Boys Get Wet” shall inform you by e-mail as soon as possible about the availability of the selected product. If payment has already been made for unavailable products “Boys Get Wet” will refund the amount paid for those items. (generally 3-5 working days but “Boys Get Wet” reserves the right to refund within 30 days from the day of your order). If you prefer, “Boys Get Wet” can provide you a credit slip with the same value as the unavailable bought item. In which case, the credit must be used within 12 months of its being issued.



4. Methods and safety of the payments


“Boys Get Wet” uses the services of Servired of Bank Sabadell Atlantico and Paypal. This systems are integrated in the online shop and accept most of the credit or debit cards.

To buy products and related expenses such as the delivery, you will be able to follow the procedures indicated in your order form.

In the event of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of the credit card, the expiration date or additional code,…) will be transferred, with a encrypted protocol to Paypal or to Servired of Bank Sabadell Atlantico. Thirds are, in no case, able to have access to that information (see our Privacy Policy). Such information will never be used by “Boys Get Wet”, but to complete procedures related to your purchase or to emit refunding in the event of possible return of the products in accordance with the Right of return-§7, or, on the assumption that it would be necessary to prevent or announce to the competent jurisdictions the detection of frauds on

The amount of the purchase and the delivery expenses, as indicated in the order form, will be credited on your account once your payment is confirmed. You should receive a payment confirmation by e-mail from “Boys Get Wet” as well as "Paypal".



5. Delivery

We ask you to pay great attention to the indications in this chapter because it belongs to the General terms of Sale. Consequently, they will be regarded as recognized and accepted when you carry out a purchase on our online store.


5.1 Conditions


For any order placed before 11am (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. Exceeded this time, it will be sent the following working day. 
If this day fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, your order will be sent the next working day.


5.2 Methodes of shipping


Boys Get Wet offers 2 methods of shipping :


Correos, post mail organization of Spain (delivery in all the countries of the world).
Shipping by certified and ensured postal mail, with available tracking number on


SEUR, express carrier, ensured, with available tracking number on

(to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Romania, Czech Republic, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the Vatican) (prone to modification)

5.3 Times and costs of shipping

5.4 Remarks in case of shipping delay 


In case of delay, damage or loss, Boys Get Wet could not be held responsible. 


For CORREOS postal services, our team will not be able to help you more in relationship with the delivery times. If your parcel is delayed, you will have have to be patient and wait until it finally arrives. But if  after 15 working days, your parcel still did not arrive, please contact the postal services of your country.


For SEUR express service: if your parcel did not arrive after 3 working days, please contact our customer service with our contact form, and we will contact SEUR to enquire about  the problem and to find a solution as quickly as possible.

The selected shipping company will  by no means be held responsible for the delays of delivery resulting from exceptional causes (weather, strike,….).


In case of damage of your package due to the transport conditions please contact the shipping company which delivered it to you because Boys Get Wet will not be held responsible for it.


The requests for purchase coming from countries not included in the form of inscription could not be accepted by Boys Get Wet.


5.5 Additional duties or customs charges


Any delivery in a country apart from the European Union can be prone to handling costs for additional duties and customs charges to be paid before shipping and/or at the reception of your order.


For CORREOS postal services, a supplement of 12.25 € (taxes included) will be charged, besides the costs of delivery, if your order is higher than 500 €.


For SEUR express service: a supplement of 16 € (taxes included) will be charged, besides the costs of delivery if your order is higher than 150 €. Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia are the only countries outside the European Union which are also concerned with this supplement.
In order to avoid that, we advise you to use CORREOS postal services.
In these two cases, a communication will be sent to you by e-mail for you in order to pay this amount before shipping.


Regarding the possible taxes to pay at the time of the reception of the parcel, we can only warn you that this request is random. We cannot estimate this cost because it depends of each country.

5.6 Delivery refusal


In case of refusal of delivery by the customer or if the customer voluntarily does not accept delivery or when a parcel is not picked up in time in a post office or a relay point because the customer was absent, the return shipment costs will be charged to the client. The amount of these fees back is minimum 5€ (VAT incl.)  and may be higher depending on the delivery method selected, the amount of products ordered, the country of destination and administrative costs incurred. If the customer ask to cancel his order (within 30 days from purchase date), these return shipment costs will be deduced from the refunded amount. In the contrary case Boys Get Wet will refuse any refund. If the customer wishes to be delivered again after the parcel's return to the warehouse, the cost of a new delivery with a minimum amount of 5€ (VAT incl.) will be charged to the client, this amount may be higher depending on the delivery method chosen, the amount of products ordered, the country of destination and administrative costs incurred.


6 Promotional codes


The promotional codes are personalized codes, offering reduction for goods bought on

Insert this code in the first basket  page and click on “add”. The promotional codes are subject to terms and conditions, we invite you to refer to the conditions of purchase accompanying this code.


7. Right of Return


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exert your Right of Return (refund or exchange) in the seven (7) working days as from the day of the reception of your order. In case of multiple items order, we will accept return/exchange up to 3 items (for instance, if you buy 5 items, you may return 3 items max). Please strictly observe the following conditions of return:

1. The product you wish to return, must be returned with the carrier of your choice. If it is about a return of several products they must be sent to “Boys Get Wet” in only one and even forwarding. We remind you that the articles are under your whole responsibility. In the event of loss or deterioration, you will not be refunded or the articles will not be exchanged.

2. Proceed to a product return request from our site

- Enter to your account
- Reach "History and details of my orders”
- Select  the related order and select the product(s) to return
- Indicate the reason of your return
- Generate the return.

3. Wait to receive your return confirmation by e-mail. Once received, you will be able to download the label return in the section “My merchandise returns” in your account. Please print it and join it to the parcel to be returned. 

4. The product must imperatively meet the following requirements :

- The product must be new and in perfect condition. The product is controlled prior to shipment, it must be returned exactly the same way as you received it, folded in its origin pre-seal packing and the same type of packaging. (If the original packaging is damaged, please replace it)

- The identification tag (with the Boys Get Wet logo) must still be attached to the good with the disposable seal and never have been removed.

- For hygiene reasons, we ask you to try it over your underwear. The product should never be worn, soiled, damaged, crumpled, perfumed, linty...

- We must receive the product exactly in the same conditions as when delivered and be able to sell it again.

If you scrupulously observed all these conditions, you will be refunded for the related articles. If one of the conditions is not respected, Boys Get Wet reserves the right to refuse any refunding or exhange. You will be able however to ask the return of the(se) article(s) at your expenses in the same conditions in which you returned them. In the contrary case Boys Get Wet has the right to destroy the products.

In the event of return for refunding, Boys Get Wet deals with the expenses of sending (towards “the purchaser”), they will be refunded as a standard delivery cost (Postal) towards your country and this even if you had chosen an express delivery. The expenses of goods return (toward Boys Get Wet) remain to you.


In the event of return for exhange, the expenses of goods return to our central remain to you according to the method of you choice. We will send to you the exchange by standart shipping for free.

Caution! The exchange shipping by our services will be carried out to you for free ONLY ONCE. If after the exchange, the size or the model doesn't still suit to you, you will request a new exchange but totaly at your own expense or un refund (shipping costs payed at the purchase not included)


In case of a partial refund or exchange, possible reductions with a minimum purchase amount can be canceled if the recalculated amount is not enough.

“Boys Get Wet” is responsible, if the delivered product is not the one you ordered or if the product shows manufacturing defects. Then “Boys Get Wet” will send you his carrier to proceed to exchange without any additional expenses.

8 Refunds methods and times limit


“Boys Get Wet” offers 2 possibilities :

1. Direct refunding on your credit/debit card used when you did the purchase. This operation is processed via the secure system of payment Servired of the bank Sabadell Atlantico, or Paypal. You will be personally warned by e-mail of refunding process.

Once we have received your return and it is considered conform according to our conditions of return, we will proceed the refund. “Boys Get Wet” reserves the right to refund within maximum thirty (30) days.

Refund times:

- by credit or debit card, the operation takes according to your bank between 3 and 5 days.

- by account Paypal, the amount will be visible instantaneously.

Caution! If you chose Paypal as payment method, 4% fees will be deduced on the total amount to refund.

2. Refunding as a credit slip with a 12 months validity. You will receive a promotional code by e-mail, it will be also posted on the summary of your new basket. You will have to connect yourselves to the shop with the same identifier. The credit slip can be partially or entirely used according to the order value and until the entirety of the credit is exhausted. If the 12 months period ends without having made a  purchase on, then the credit balance will be removed from your account.

10 Applicable legislation


General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the relevant contract order form are under the terms of Spanish Law.
